We build and maintain our own. Purpose-built for self-storage, running in production today, and not available anywhere else.
Your PMS runs units, move-ins, billing and access. Your CRM runs conversations. Neither talks to the other, so your agents work in two systems, your customer record drifts, and your reporting agrees with neither.
We wrote our own integrations to close that. This is our software, not a reseller catalogue. Built for storage operators, maintained by us against every Zendesk, Inc. and PMS API change.
Everything below is live in production.
Five apps that sit inside Zendesk, built by us for self-storage. Your agents stop switching systems to answer a question.
Search live availability across every site without leaving the ticket. Filter by site, unit type, size, price range and status, and see the features that actually close the sale - climate control, ground floor, parking, shelving. The customer asks what you have in a 5x5 and the agent answers in the same reply.
Pick the unit, set the move-in date, apply a campaign, and the app returns the real number: prorated first month, full month after that, deposit, total to pay today. Reserve it from the same screen. No spreadsheet, no callback, no “I'll send that over later.”
Invoice status, payment history and unit details on the ticket the moment it opens. The agent has the account before they finish reading the message.
Run the whole collections cycle from Zendesk - reminders, escalation, termination letters, status tracking. Arrears get worked as a process instead of whenever somebody remembers.
Reopen a WhatsApp conversation after the 24-hour messaging window has closed. Send an approved template from the ticket in one click, and the moment the customer replies the thread is live again. The app only offers templates on WhatsApp tickets, so nobody fires one by accident.
Each app talks to your PMS directly. You can take one or all five.
Email, name and phone stay in step both ways. Customer status - active, new prospect, deactivated - is worked out from the customer's unit rentals and written into Zendesk automatically.
Connected through OAuth, so there are no API tokens to create, store or rotate. Nothing is ever overwritten silently: a conflict raises an admin task for someone to resolve. One installation can serve several Storeganise accounts.

Your team asks questions of the live systems in plain language, and acts on the answers. Our hub connects Zendesk Support, Pipedrive and Microsoft 365 to Claude or any other MCP client - reading and writing across tickets, people, organisations, deals, activities and mail. It runs in your own cloud environment, supports several connected systems at once, and gives each person access to only what their role allows. Mail is read and draft only. Nothing sends itself.
Best for live and recent state. Deep history needs a reporting database behind it, which is a different conversation.
Turns every AI conversation - voice, SMS, WhatsApp, web chat - into a fully tagged Zendesk ticket in real time, with the transcript attached and the handoff to a person clean. The customer never repeats themselves. We build and support the connector. Uniti AI delivers the agent.
Feeds the confirmed move-in back to Google and Meta, so the platforms bid toward revenue instead of clicks. Separate paths for Storeganise and for Zendesk - you only need one.
Storeganise today, with more PMS platforms in build. Tell us what you run and we'll tell you where it stands.
On the CRM side, everything above runs on Zendesk Support. The architecture is not tied to either end - where an operator runs something else, we build against it.
More context: the self-storage practice and how we implement a PMS.
Integrations are licensed monthly or annually depending on the component. Most operators run several, so we quote them together rather than line by line. Setup is scoped against your systems.
Tell us what you're running and we'll price it on the call.
An Implement-stage service. It picks up where the PMS leaves off, and is kept current through Managed Services.
A scoped integration - length depends on the systems involved and the state of your data. Fixed deliverables and a defined cutover.
45 minutes. No deck, no pitch. We ask three things, listen, and tell you straight whether we're the right people for the problem.
